John Moran (American, 1831-1903) oil painting on masonite depicting a landscape scene with man fishing in a stream. John was the brother of Thomas Moran. Signed lower right and dated 1889. Measures 35 1/2" (90cm) x 23 1/2" (59.5cm) + 7" (18cm) frame.
