Chinese antique red cinnabar lacquered lidded rectangular box with ebony lacquer interior. Very detailed carvings in relief throughout vase. Believed to be Qing dynasty. Measures 5 3/4" (14cm) width and total weight 245g. Provenance: From a Boca Raton, FL collector who purchased these items from a reputable antique gallery in Manhattan over 40 years ago.
